1)  Snatch.  Work up to a 3RM (not touch and go.)  Then 1×3@95%; 1×3@90%

2)   Heaving Snatch Balance.  Work up to a 3RM.  Then 1×3@95%; 1×3@90%

3)  Back Squat 20×65% (or if you are currently doing a 20 rep cycle, insert your torture her)

4)  Front Squat.  Max reps at the above weight.

5)  Clean+ FS + PJ.  60% 2+2+2; 70% 2+2+1×3
