1) Power Snatch: EMOM x 6: 2 reps @ 70%

2) Full Snatch:  Work to a heavy single

3)  Hang Snatch:  80-85% of the above – 2×3

STRENGTH:

1a)  Snatch Grip Push Press: 5×3 AHAP

1b)  Dead hand pull-up:  5x AMAP

1c)  Reverse Hyper:  5×10 AHAP
