1)  Split Jerk: 70% x2, 80% x2, 90% x1, 80% x3, 85% 3×3

2)  Power Clean with pause at bottom of knee + clean + jerk 1+1+1 x 6

a)  Double KB rows 4×8 AHAP

b)  Weighted Situps 4×8 AHAP
