1)  Push Press + Jerk grip overhead squat:  55% 5+3, 60% 3+3, 65% 2+3×3

2)  Split Jerk from the Rack:  60% x 3, 70% x3, 75% x 2, 80-90% x 1 – 4 sets

3)  Power Snatch:  50% x 3, 60% x 3, 65% x 3, 70-80% x 1 – 3 sets
