Big Guy Jerk

1)  Complete the following all touch and go:  Push Press, Power Jerk, Split Jerk – 40 % 3+3+3, 50% 2+2+2, 55% 1+1+1, 60% 1+1+1, 65/75% 1+1+1 x 4

2)  Clean, Front Squat, Jerk:  1+2+1; Find Max in the complex, then complete clean & jerk x 1 rep max at the same weight from the floor x 6 sets

a)  GHD raises 3×8

b)  Seated Shoulder Press 4×6
