a)  Sotts press – 4×4 light weight

b)  5 second pause squat – 3×3 bar-light weight

1) Hip Snatch – 5×2 work to heavy double

1a) Snatch – 5×1 2 last hip Sn weight

2) Slow to knee Clean pull – 5×2 start @ 80% & work up

3) Overhead lunge – 3 each leg=1 -1@50% of Snatch, 1@60%, 1@70%, 1@80%, 1@85%
