Warmup –

a)  Sotts press:  4×4 light weight
b)  5 second pause squat – 3×3 with bar/light weight

1) Clean pull+Clean – 5×2 work to heavy double
2) CleanJerk – 5×1/ heaviest weight from (1)
3) Snatch grip Romanian Dead Lift pause at knee – 4×4 work up to 110% of Snatch, 5×2 start @ 80% & work up
4) Overhead Squat – 4×3@85% of Snatch
