1) Snatch – 5@55%, 5@65%, 5@75%, 5×1@85%, 2×1@90%

2) Clean & Jerk – 5@55%, 5@65%, 5@75%, 3×1@85%, 2×1@90%

3) Front Squat – 5×4@75% of Clean & Jerk

4) Snatch grip Romanian Deadlift –  pause at knee –
4×4 work up to 110% of Snatch, 5×2 start @ 80% & work up

5) Overhead Squat – 4×3@85% of Snatch
