Warm up:

a)  Sotts press – 4×4 light

b)  Pause Front Squat  – 4×2 light

1) 3 position Snatch (top down) – Work up to 70-80% in 15min

1a) Snatch – 4×1@ 85%

2) Power Clean + Push Jerk + Clean grip Overhead Squat – work up to challenging double

3) Front Squat – 3×5@75%
