a)  Sotts press – 4×4

b)  Pause Back squats – 4×4

1) 3 position Clean (top down) – 3@55%, 3@65%, 3@75%

2) Push Press+ Split jerk (from rack) – 5×2+1 work up to 70% Clean and Jerk

3) Over Head Lunge  (Snatch grip) – 5×6 work up AHAP with control
