1) Hip Snatch + Snatch – 3@50%, 3@60%, 2×2@70%

2) Push Press from split – 5×3 work up to heavy triple

3) Barbell lunge (6 total) – 6@55% of clean, 6@60%, 6@65%, 6@70%, 6@65%
