b)  5 second pause Back squat – 3×2@30%

1) Hip Snatch+Low Hang Snatch – 5×2 work up to 75%

2) Snatch grip Push Press – 5×4@60-70% of Snatch

3) In the hole Front Squat – 4×3 work up to 75% of Clean
