Warm up:  a)  Sotts press (front rack) – 4×4

b)  5 second pause Back Squat – 3×2

1) 3 position Clean (Top down) – 6×1 – Work up to 75-80%

2) 2 Front Squats + jerk – 3@65% of Clean and Jerk – 3@75%, 3×1@80%

3) KB or DB step ups, knee height  – 4×8/Med-heavy
