2) Clean and Jerk EMOM (switch to :90 when/if necessary) 2@60,70,80%; 2×1@85%; 1@90% or opener

E2MOM:  1@75,80,85,90% or opener

3)Back Squat:  3×3 as heavy as possible; 3×1 +10%
