  1.  3 Position Snatch – 4×1 @ 55, 60, 65, 65%
  2.  3 Position Clean + 1 Jerk – 4×1 @ 55, 60, 65, 65%
  3.  Pause Front Squats – 4×2 @ 70% of clean (pause 3 seconds in bottom position of Front Squat)
  4.  Snatch Grim Romanian Deadlift + Shrug – 5×4 @80-85% of snatch
