WARM UP

Tigger Squats

Barbell…

1)  Pause Cleans.  Knee, thigh, clean, jerk x3

Floor, knee, clean, jerk x3

Floor, clean, jerk x3

2) Complex x5 60% then +

1 clean, 1 hang clean, 2 jerks

3) Jerk Finish @75%, 3×4

4) Banded clean grip dead lifts @ 50% with black band

5) 3 rounds – 10 GHD situps, 6 TGU
